Super helpful staff, waited for us despite flight delay, great location near Plaza de Armas, comfortable beds and showers, convenient luggage storage.

The hotel is located in the city center, which makes it very convenient to access many shops and restaurants. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they even helped us arrange airport transportation. we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offers free breakfast, which was tasty and filling.
The hotel did not have an elevator. This made it difficult to carry our luggage up to our room on the upper floor.

This hotel is perfectly located very close to the city center and within walking distance to the main square, making it an ideal spot for business travelers who need to be close to everything. the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly and eager to assist. You can enjoy a lovely breakfast each morning before embarking on your day.
The hotel lacks proper fresh air circulation in some inner rooms, which could be a minor inconvenience for some guests.

Great location, close to everything. The hotel is very close to the city center, just a couple of steps away from the main square. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they even picked us up from the airport when our flight was delayed. We booked tours through the reception, and they were very accommodating even with last-minute requests. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were great. a very clean and well-facilitated hotel.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk away from the city's main square. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with amenities.
The lack of proper fresh air circulation in the inner rooms was a minor downside, but the air conditioning made up for it. the toiletries provided could have been of higher quality.
